Fox Business Network Promises Smoother Republican Debate

Republican presidential hopefuls should feel more comfortable with the next debate hosted by conservative-friendly Fox Business Network. The last debate hosted by CNBC featured significant squabbling between the candidates and liberal-media moderators with plenty of perceived “gotcha” questions. Fox Business promises a smoother format that will permit the candidates more opportunity to present their campaign platforms without interference from partisan moderators.

In advance, Fox Business has released some sample questions that are planned for the debate …

  • Why do you think you are the best candidate?
  • How did you get to be so awesome?
  • What can we do to make America stronger?
  • Isn’t America great?
  • How about that Obama and his Obamacare?
  • Are the Democratic candidates really as bad as they appear to be?

If the candidates try and dodge those questions, they should be prepared for the moderators to hit them with probing follow-up questions like these …

  • Do you really think that?
  • Interesting. Can you elaborate?
  • Why is that such an awesome answer?
  • Aren’t Obama and the Democrats the real problem?

The debate will be followed by light snacks served to the candidates in the same way the questions will be … on a silver platter.
