I took a walk yesterday for exercise. It was cold, dreary, overcast and at times, snowing hard. For someone with SAD, it was a very difficult walk. I’m not talking about being sad. I’m talking about Seasonal Affective Disorder, when the lack of sunlight in fall & winter causes my body to crash and my lightbox becomes my best friend, somewhat like this …

To explain how difficult that walk was, it was as difficult for me to walk in that dreariness as it would be for Donald Trump to appear on the old TV game show To Tell The Truth.
And I don’t want you to get SAD confused with Trump’s second favorite Twitter invective “Sad!”

That Bad vs. Sad Twitter mention counter is courtesy of Comedy Central’s Daily Show exhibit of Trump’s Twitter Library that I was able to catch in Chicago last weekend.

I’m proud to say that there was a line at 10AM on a rainy Sunday morning waiting to get in. God bless Chicagoans.
Some of Trump’s tweets got the gold-frame treatment. My favorite was this one on the way out …

Excellent question, nice and direct, unlike this meandering post which I can only describe as “Sad!”
