The owner of the vacation house we stayed in this past week is a collector of Volkswagen vehicles. We didn’t see all of them, but we did get to see his orange Volkswagen Thing that came over from Germany in the 70’s.
Although it looked to be in pretty good shape, it made me sad.
It made be sad because it reminded me that also coming over from Germany after we finished with our vacation would be this Orange Thing that is not in good shape …
