Apple Eye Patch

I understand that there is a breakthrough in technology coming for the vision impaired.

For those that wear an eye patch, Apple is working on embedding electronics in the eye patch so that wearers can regain depth perception and peripheral vision normally lost when only one eye is used. Test marketing and trial use is already being conducted on the iEye Patch. Sailors have responded very positively to initial test marketing of the iEye Patch, and Apple anticipates strong demand from the pirate sector. However, initial trial use results have been disappointing as the software used has been unable to make some necessary adjustments. Apple is working on new software to address any issues that will be released shortly as the iEye Patch patch.
