I’m not saying we’ve had a lot of snow over the last couple of days, but this is what my snowbrush looks like after clearing my car today.

Not to worry. I found a new/old snowbrush on our garage floor, where many of our possessions go to die or be found and used after being abandoned for years.
But then there’s this snow-related problem I can’t, or I should correctly say that I’m not allowed to, resolve.

Our skylights in our family room, where we spend most of our time, are covered with snow and no longer let light in. That’s light I need to alleviate my seasonal depression. The simple solution is for me to climb up on the snow-covered roof and clear the skylights. For some reason, my wife has forbidden me from going on our roof.
I have decided to acquiesce to her demands and not attempt a roof summit today. I can assure you this morning temperature when I awoke today had nothing to do with my decision.

That’s fahrenheit. Seems even colder at -24.4C for our international readers.
