A Concert NSFO

Horray, I won free tickets to a concert given by a hip band playing Lollapalooza.

And that’s the end of the good news. This concert is definitely NSFO. What’s that?

Not Suitable For Olds. The reasons it is NSFO? Let’s start a list.

• First, it’s Wilderado, so it’s not a group who us “Olds” remember fondly and drone on and on about. It’s new music. And with Wilderado, it’s good music, but not great. Click HERE to take a listen. Nice, but nothing that get’s me too excited.
• And there’s the issue of time. Check out the time for the show.

11PM? Doors open at 10PM which is normally when my bedroom door closes for the night.

• As if 11PM is not late enough, who or what is Happy Landing?

Uh-oh, a band. Does that mean that Happy Landing is an opening act for an 11PM show?

Yep, Happy Landing is opening for Wilderado at 11PM. I do sort of like the Happy Landing sound. My best guess is that if Happy Landing opens at 11PM, Wilderado won’t see the stage until the wee hours of the next day. And this “Old” will not see the stage at all.
