In case anyone thinks business travel is glamorous, it actually sometimes is, but more often it is not. Here’s the view from my St Louis area hotel window this week while on the road for business …
Yes, that is a trailer park. My room comes with a view of a trailer park. Sure, there are lots of lovely trees, but that does not obscure the fact that I can look down into a trailer park. On the plus side, it appears to be an exclusive trailer park as it is completely fenced in. Either that, or it is some kind of minimum security correctional facility down here in St Louis, right under my hotel window.
Since the TV in my room is working intermittently, I’m hoping that someone is planning to move their trailer out of the park tonight so I can watch.
